I get all my equipment repaired at Electel, very reliable and always can count on.

We rely on Electel Traralgon for all the work at our business, from small to massive works, even getting generators out and replacing the while business with LED lights.Always respectful, fast and do a great job.They will often advise more cost effective ways to save us money, even if coating them the work.We have been using them for the past 3 years and will never go elsewhere.Highly recommended!

Today i had trouble with my grey water pump. Ken at electel checked out the pump and gave it a test run and advised me how to fix the problem .He was right its running like a beauty again.Thankyou so much Ken and Martha and staff at electel. And it was a free service .You cant get any better service than that.

We were up from Melbourne in Coongulla fitting off a generator and hit a snag with compliance, We called electal for help they told us to come now, and they would fix as we waited to save us a trip back up. The best part of the good old-fashioned service was the price I thought they had made a mistake labor and materials $120 inc as a builder in Melbourne I would have waited 2 weeks if lucky and no change out $300 love your work keep it up.

Super store, big range and helpful staff

Oh how things change!! This company was once one of the best suppliers of pipe, fittings and pumps etc around, unfortunatley a few of the more experienced staff members have since left and the owner seems to have given the new staff almost no training!!! When that lack of experience is coupled with the latest rather substanial price increases, it makes this company not a viable option for any sizeable purchases, as was the case with a recent purchase of over 5K elsewhere would have been in excess of 20% more expensive with Electel. Whilst the store layout and range of products is still very good, they will now only be a secondary supplier for small orders. :(
