Visited Ebb and Flow for a 60 minute Hot Stone Massage and a scalp massage to unwind and relax. Kaitlyn was my therapist and I highly recommend. Stones were perfect temperature and she targeted all the right areas. Beautiful space and will be back soon

Ask for Kaitlyn Henman!!Absolutely loved my massage and facials today. I feel like a new women! Kaitlyn made me feel so comfortable and gave me a few tips for looking after myself better while ensuring to keep me feeling positive and not putting any pressure or guilt on myself. I recently went to Ebb and Flow with my sister to treat ourselves, best decision ever! I hadn't been for a massage in quite some time but Natalie knew exactly what I needed. My whole body benefited with the perfect amount of pressure. I highly recommend you give them a try, a professional and friendly day spa, I'll definitely be back!

I booked a teen facial for my daughter as a gift. She really enjoyed the experience and found Kaitlyn helped her understand her skin type and skin care routine. The space was beautiful too - very relaxing.
