Narrabundah Hill Peak
The area has magnificent views of the Capital to its north and the Brindabella ranges in the west. There are beautiful greenery and wildlife at the tip of Narrabundah Hill. The neighbourhood is quiet and a short stroll to Duffy shops and bus stations. It is high enough to see the whole extent of Lake Burley Griffin as it streams across the city.

Narrabundah Hill Peak
One of Canberra’s Nature Parks, the Narrabundah Hill walking trails take you through all kinds of interesting terrain up to a trig point at 688m. Good views over Duffy and into the west of the Australian Capital Territory. Like most of the other nature parks, there are no toilets, water fountains or bins so you will need to be self-sufficient.The park is in the Stromlo Forest and its trails connect to other destinations, such as Mt Stromlo and Weston Creek if you are up for a longer walk.Dogs are permitted on all trails while leashed. Horses are permitted on trails that are part of the Bicentennial Track.

An excellent spot for a walk. It feels like you are miles from Canberra. Coffee afterwards at Duffy shops.

Nice view and a relatively short trip up, so I've been able to walk up with my two kids (6 & 2) without too much complaining.

Narrabundah Hill Peak
Tip of Narrabundah hill is my favorite place. I love meet sun early in a morning, when all Canberra is covered by sun rays. Grate view to Canberra valley, many walking trails for shot and long distances.
