I am only writing this review as I was prompted via text to do so. I booked for an eyebrow shape here (was accidentally just given a tidy instead) and my brows look fine but I likely won't return. I found Danielle to be quite pushy and she gave a lot of unsolicited advice about my skin during the brow wax. She asked a lot of questions that I was pretty clearly not keen on discussing re my rosacea treatment, my skin routine etc and pushed for answers when I tried to change the subject. To be honest I found her manner quite patronising and I did feel pretty belittled by her tone and some of the things she said to me. I'm a 30 year old woman and don't feel the need to explain my entire dermatological medical history to a stranger just to get a 10 minute eyebrow wax. I totally understand some people may enjoy input, but I didn't and she was rather rude in her responses and tone. Overall, the brows are good but I didn't feel respected here and I won't return.

The most amazing facial of my life! I had the Deep Clean facial and walked away looking like I had brand new skin. Danielle is so knowledgeable & happy to share what she knows. I feel better equipped to take proper care of my skin now. Will be visiting regularly!
