I like shopping here, the staff are lovely. It’s important to support local, I enjoy shopping for fruits and veggies in person instead of online. Prices need to be more competitive though, compared to the big supermarkets…otherwise there’s no point to continue shopping if the price difference exceeds the 10-15%. Also, would recommend extra cleaning around the fresh produce section.

I shop here weekly and I love the quality of the produce and the variety of brands they carry. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only thing that I wish was different was that they stocked shampoo and conditioner, then it would be my one stop shop!

Disappointing visit. Just moved to the area from Stanmore and would def travel back to Leichhardt to shop. The strawberries were mouldy first thing at 9am on a Monday morning.2nd aisle in a supervisor speaking to a staff member in a debate blocking the aisle with produce whilst telling the superior loudly that she needs to take responsibility herself, maybe take that off the floor away from customers. The staff seem unhappy, agitated and it’s only Monday morning. The packer whilst given 4 large bags squashed everything into 3, one barely able to lift, only to get to my car to discover all the cold items are in 1 bag with watermelon squashed into the top squashing all the gyozas, mushrooms etc. no care taken, couldn’t smile, seemed shocked when I said to have a nice day. Then wheeled round the exit to a manager who was clearly angry with the supervisor from the earlier debate, she was flustered, walked into top of me and noone could crack a smile. $220 spent, could service with a slight smile like you want customers in there! Def won’t be returning.

Harris Farm is definitely my favourite supermarket. It's well worth a daily 6km walk to check the specials of the day and to indulge in a quality treat. What could be a better midnight pick-me-up with a coffee than some Callebaut Gianduja Chocolate. Amazing delicious creamy hazelnut. It's so disappointing to read negative reviews of such a valuable specialty supermarket. If we don't value and support services like Harris Farm we are condemned to the few supermarkets that care little for providing quality, specialty produce.

Lots of fresh produce and they look a lot better then Woolworths or Coles. Some of the pricing is good and others a bit more expensive. Keen to try the vacuumed pork ribs soon too. They sell pretty flowers and there is a cafe right next to it. There is a 60 car parking lot underneath. It’s right next to the Woolworths metro too. They close at 9pm.

Parking underneath, great food choices to grab ready made or raw foods, flowers, grocery staples. It has everything you need to replenish your pantry, entertain and wonderful choices.

Rude un helpful staff, rotten food on the shelves. Very disappointing harris farm usually has higher standards. Would not recommend spending your money here considering there exorbitant prices.

Always have lovely fresh fruit and vegetables, and the organic section is absolutely brilliant. I can't believe how amazing the organic produce is. Way better than what you can get at any other supermarket chain. I can notice a humongous difference in the quality of fruit and vegetables when compared to supermarkets. If I buy fruit and vegetables from here they last so much longer then when I buy fruit and vegetables from supermarkets (even the imperfect produce). This Harris Farm has a great selection of deli items, and other really cool foods. It has been my local for the past year, and I will continue to go here over Coles or Woolworths for my fruit and vegetable needs. An added bonus is that they finally banned plastic bags! Well done Harris Farm!

Do not go here. When I had a faulty product and asked to be returned the store manager Jo laughed at me. He said this is not from my store, I don't care, it's not my problem. If you don't want to take it back fine, but this behaviour is disgraceful.

I bought - bread and had mould(found same day I purchased) on this bread.I escalated this to harris farm customer team and they were really not professional. Keep calling and emailing and ask samw question. They offered me $5 gift card for their apology???which is the amount i paid for the bread and threw away.
