Rivers Nelson Bay

Buyer beware! I ordered a product from rivers online in the middle of December, and it was sent the next day. They used Aramex and it was sent to a Sydney warehouse and sat there for over a month in the warehouse. When contacting rivers for support, they sent me to Aramex. I contacted Aramex and they were rude and unsupportive, and sent me back to rivers who we’re entirely unhelpful and refused to raise a claim for the item or offer a refund. They wouldn’t even talk to Aramex on my behalf. This was quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received, and has ensured that I won’t ever be purchasing through rivers again. I still don’t have the item or a refund a month and a half later, and no resolution in sight.

Huge sale on.Staff were lovely and very helpful.Great choice of apparel in all departments for men women and children.Become a member and save more.

Not enough variety in the store, May be due to small country store. Customer service was very good.

The shop was full of cloths and shoes neat and tidy with friendly helpful staff in the store . We found some good bargins and a pair of sandals . Thank to the staff for explaining the discounts and finding us a extra shirt we couldn't find.

They were having a fantastic sale at the time and I was able to buy plenty" of quality clothing at unbelievable prices. The store manager Jodie was so helpful

I got a product from rivers online in August and was faulty have been waiting since then for a replacement or something but just always get the run around have sent the description and warranty and everything else they asked at least 5 times just really upsetting especially when you are low income earners who struggle

Neat and clean store with a huge range of shoes and clothes, many on reduced price.
