The lady was sooooo helpful!! I had to buy a gift for someone and had no idea what to get. I thought it’d take me all afternoon to figure out a present but she gave me so many creative ideas that I was in and out really quickly!

Absolutely terrific staff there, I'm a regular customer always buying or having a browse when i feel bored. One particular bloke there by the name of Henry is hands down one of the best staff I've ever met at ANY Eb games store over the years i have been going to them. Excellent manners, always humble and helpful and excellent customer service. I hope this review goes to the head office and back to him because this guy really deserves a promotion or a plaque, awesome fella and i always feel welcome there no matter what! Keep up the good work mate!

This place was convenient until their price matching policy got scrapped. An idiotic business decision that will no doubt cost the company a fortune. I certainly won’t be coming in to pay $25 more per game than the competitors are asking. It’s simple business common sense.
