We dropped off a drawing in Dec to be mounted onto core stock and were notified that it would be done by the end of Jan/first week of Feb due to there being a wait list and the Christmas holidays. I eventually decided to phone up in March to check on progress and was told that it hadn’t been started yet but would be completed in a week. I called a second time just over a week later and it still hadn’t been started. When it was finally completed and delivered I immediately noticed that the drawing had not been adequately adhered to the core stock along two of the edges and the border bowed in these areas noticeably. The paper also does not sit flat on the core stock.Overall I haven’t been impressed with the service and don’t feel confident in using C&B again, especially after they never responded to us to resolve our complaint.

I bought some art supplies here for a school project. It wasn't a big purchase so I was really impressed with the level of attention and expertise. Using professional products combined with professional advice made a big difference. Based on this level of customer care, highly recommended.
