If you want good old fashioned service, with a can do attitude, look no further than these guys. Not only did they provide great tech info with the problem I described over the phone, but troubleshooted the issue without looking for me to book the car in. There was still an issue after some basic work I conducted myself, so in the car went and within an hour everything was resolved. Great service, lovely people and quality staff.

These guys are old school. They definitely go the extra mile. I was quoted $2200 - $3500 else where and they were not interested in what I had to say. AA Automatics listened to me and took on the job. Service was top notch, informing me of what was wrong and what the plan was. Walked out of there only $350 out of pocket. One month later cars still going strong. Very happy and I highly recommend them.

I cannot speak highly enough of these people. I had a quote from Subaru which was double what these people charged and to replace unnecessary parts! This business ordered the broken part and had it fitted within 2 days at more than half the cost of Subaru. My car is running like a dream. A long way from home given I had to transport my vehicle from Springwood to Granite St, Geebung . That being said I paid a hefty price when I booked my vehicle in at the gearbox shop slacks creek , only to have it returned with the same problem I had paid them to fix in the first place. Money down the drain - Lesson learnt .Qld Automatics took on the job and diagnosed the problem almost instantly . Their communication & support was second to none.Equally, It was quite refreshing to know there are still genuine people like James and Kate out there, making an honest living .Don't go anywhere else !If you want a good job at a fair price, then you have to take yourbusiness to Qld Automatics .

just wanted to say a big thanks to James and the team for helping out with my problems. On the short drive between your workshop and my workplace, I tried to replicate the vibration and the car is now driving smoothly. You can still feel a little bit of lag when accelerating, but so far there was no harsh vibrations or grinding. Feels like a new car even just with the additive.
