The training was excellent with good resources and practical exercises. The trainer Patrick's expertise with the subject matter was first class. I have completed this training course previously with other training providers, however this was definitely the best.

Really enjoyed learning about all the different ways to extinguish a fire. I didn't realise how much you need to know in the event of an emergency. Patrick was my trainer he was so professional and explained everything. His years of experience, really helped me understand. Loved this course will be back for a refresher course in the future. Thank-you Patrick!

Great learning experience with open book style assessments. Great discussions with fellow students. Lunch included and happy staff. Not much more you want in an RTO!
