The customer service must need to improve

As a tenant, I'm very happy with Noel Jones and especially Vincent, my property manager. Always timely response to my request and friendly service. They look after both tenants and landlords

They are very quick and good

Extremely unprofessional, house a mess upon moving in, leaving us without heating and proper electricity, don't offer alternative, emergency number/plumber not available , extremely rude on phone, answers what's up" when I ring."

Looked at a rental property that we were interested in. Put in an application and after several calls which none were returned. Finally found out from the receptionist that another application was being considered. Terrible customer service. Even if we missed out on the property, the right thing to do would be to advise us that the property is no longer available.

Margery Smith has been our property manager for quite a few years. She is experienced, responsive, considerate, and very pleasant to work with. We have been very pleased with her over the years, and are particularly grateful for her service in the past year, when issues (often thorny) came in unusual frequency, and in a flurry at times, in relation to rent collection, repair and maintenance, insurance claim, reconciliation of account with water supplier, and compliance with new legal/council requirements regarding tenancies, etc. With extensive periods of lockdown in Melbourne, many of the tasks could not have been accomplished without her persistence and professional efforts. A million thanks to Margery!

I have been a landlord for a long time and Vincent has been the most proactive agent I have ever had. Responds to all emails promptly and is great to deal with. Keep up the good work!

Ted and Angela were very arrogant and off-putting.
