Asked staff for an item and they didn't have any in stock. Asked if they could check other stores for me, they said every other store has it but us. I then asked where the closest ones were and he said Ashmore and Robina. I asked where Ashmore was and his answer was goggle it" he then walked away. Good service would have been to give an address and also call the store to put one aside. Not going there again."

Been in and out of this store over many years,...... Ever since Super Cheap Auto opened its doors and the quality of service the range of products and the layout of the store has only gotten better and better.The Staff are really friendly and helpful and in particular don't mind to have a chat about their automotive experiences which is good because you can compare notes and even sometimes come to a solution.Great Store.

Great bunch of guys and gals, always ready to help out with a question. Got some touch up paint mixed there and it was spot on! Love the ongoing specials they have and the members club points system has saved me heaps over the years. Some of the clearance items are huge bargains! Always keeping an eye out for the catalog and sales. :)

Went in to get two headlight bulbs fit, was in rush to get my son from day care so I couldn't fit them.Walked in, asked a worker hey could please help. He said I am busy sticking shelves, go to the front they can help.Went to front asked for help which ones to get, wouldn't walk to the area to help me get the correct bulbs.I get them, then was rude & then stated they can't fit today due to staffing.There was 5 people working, I asked politely please it was advertised you can get products fitted.Was sarcastic & scorned about it and no one fit lights.Normally wouldn't bother writing reviews, but it we the attitude & manners that out me off coming back again.

Tom fitted a headlight bulb on a car where it is a fiddly job, but he did it without issue and was even reluctant for me to sing his praises on here. Well here I am, singing them. Fabulous job!
