PC Pitstop were amazing. My computer was infected with a bad virus and needed a total clean. Lucy, was responsive and reassuring. She got it sorted in record time and was in contact throughout to clarify a couple of issues. She also helped me set up a strategy to minimise/prevent future issues. The customer service was outstanding and I cannot recommend PC Pitstop highly enough for professional, friendly and efficient work. Thanks again.

Walked in the store and was greeted at once by Darenwas extremely professional and knew immediately what I needed and answered all my questions.after making an order for the items needed, had full and continues phone communication with PC pitstop to keep me updated with everything.the day of installation came to our home Benjamin.was extremally professional and patient. answering every question i had and installing the system exactly as i wanted (even better than i had expected).highly recommendeddefinitely the PC store i will use for future services

Very impressed by the young boy that served me. Very helpful and informative.But not very impressed by the fact I paid $100 for the same information that I got from sos repairs that charged me nothing ?

I purchased a refurbished laptop at less than half price of a new one, dropped off the old laptop & 2 days later picked up the new with all of my files installed. I've used PC Pitstop a couple of times for a laptop repair and a phone repair. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional and a lot of businesses in Port could learn from these guys. They were really diligent in tracking down parts that have been hard to get and their pricing is great. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

Quote for a gaming tower was heavily overpriced on the parts I could buy myself online. When I rang and questioned why their quote was so high in comparison to others, there was no justification other than this is how they do it. I offered to negotiate a lower price to keep business local but they closed down my ticker without any further communication. Labour was also 4 hours to build a tower and load some software which I thought was excessive. Ended up saving almost $2000 by going through a Sydney company by using the same parts from PC Pitstop written quote, which is disappointing. Staff were nice, just don't understand this business model.
