Northam Motel

Rooms are old but adequate with comfortable bed and satisfactory shower. Service was efficient and very friendly.

Dated motel however very clean and tidy room. Nice crisp linen on the bed. Toiletries included in the bathroom. Continental breakfast was included - basic but nice and fresh. Friendly owners who were happy to chat.

Cleanest motel we have stayed at, very polite and great service! I would definitely stay here again.

Nice motel and the lady is very helpful. I was passing through on way to Adelaide and phoned ahead to secure a room. There was room in the street to park my small truck, so that was good. Well worth the detour off the highway. An older motel, but clean and comfortable, 10 minute walk to the hotel for a meal.

Very old, dated motel. Basic facilities in room 1 queen bed and a single. Kettle, fridge, microwave cutlery, bowls, plates provided. Old chux cloth obviously used before provided to wash cups. If only staying 1 night it is ok, bed was comfortable, tv works. The couple running the motel are delightful and the highlight of staying here

Guy at front counter was friendly but I booked two nights, the second night I got back their at 11:30pm (just finished work) and my door wouldn't unlock with the code and you don't have any other way to enter the room. I tried calling the number multiple times but it went straight to a message machine. Spent the night sitting out the front of the room all night which was 5-7 degrees, after ringing them just after 6 the phone finally rung through to be asked why I didn't ring (I have all the call logs). Eventually got into the room close to 7am to be out in a couple hours. They did offer a refund which is still processing (this happened 5 days ago) but two days was a weekend. Be careful if you stay and are gonna get in late cause if your room door doesn't unlock (it is a electric lock with a pin code) you will not get in so make sure you are back before 9 or 10pm I think is when they lock the office.Room was reasonably comfy with some areas being updated, just needs the shower head to be higher. Was more comfortable than the caravan park which would be expected when paying $60 more for the room per night

Nice little surprise, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and for under $170 a night including a 3 course room service dinner,great value.
