Whole store had an upgrade. They can't keep everything in stock because of their size. But the whole place was lighter, brighter, staff seemed happier. Great stock of nice linen. Good signal, so you can find the area you seek. 40% off.

Great friendly customer service by the staff on the floor and at the checkout. Purchased some cotton blankets which were great quality and they were also discounted which was a bonus. Will use this store again because of customer care.

The store itself is very well set out, well stocked with a good range of sizes however the ticketing system is a little confusing (stock that isn't on sale displayed with stock that is). I had to return an item that I had purchased on Afterpay from another store and both sales assistants seemed very confused by the process, they almost seemed reluctant to call the shift manager to the counter to assist and I had to push for this to be done. Once the manager arrived he did the return in about 3 steps with the refund going through straight away.
