Abysmal service. Have been RTS for letters sent from Link Marketing for the last 5 years explaining the shareholder on the envelope is unknown at my address. Nothing. Emailed every person I could find at Link to attempt to stop the incessant mail delivery of these letter. Nothing. Phoned. Nothing. And still these letters keep arriving. Pack of incompetent fools.

This place is a joke. So hard to log into my own portfolio. Called them, spoke to a few people, had a password reset several times and I still can't log in. They couldn't even work out how to fix it. Just waste my time, waste several hours of my life due to their incompetence. Thanks for wasting my time.

Working in the call centre currently based in Parramatta location has been wonderful. Inclusive, balanced management team. Hybrid work role with room for growth beyond the call centre with supportive & invested managers. I recommend working for Melissa head of call centre to gain experience in customer service & investment.

Very traditional system. Wanted to add middle name in share holding, I was told to fill form with identity proof and I need to send by post. No email, Fax are accepted. I don't know why company choose such share registry.
