I cannot recommend Rechenberg security enough. They installed a fabulous alarm system 8 years ago and continued to monitor the alarm. When NBN came in and I was no longer able to have monitoring, the transition was super easy. They even gave me a refund for monitoring fees I’d already paid for the month!Most importantly, however, on a couple of occasions, the alarm has gone off either because the battery was flat, or there was a power outage in the area. Even though I was no longer paying for monitoring, on both occasions (one of which was the middle of the night) they talked me through how to silence the alarm and rectify the faults. They also then sent out their own technicians to reset the alarm and change the battery. Especially huge thank you to Elena who has been so supportive and quick to help. Thank you thank you. Excellent service.

Fabulous customer service and assistance - early Saturday morning and nothing was too much trouble.I couldn’t recommend them enough. Knowledge of how to gain entry into a car with keys locked in was second to none. I am forever in debt and can’t thank you enough.

The lady that helped me deserves the recognition. The fact that she found reasons to help, even after other businesses declined to help as they were too busy. What a lovely person and asset to the business.

Rechenberg in Bundaberg looked after us when we were unable to unlock the diesel filler cap in our rental motorhome. They helped us out and were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Reckenbergs came to the car and was able to give a key for $300 which enabled access into the car but was unable to use it to drive the car. Complete waste of $300. Not happy !

I was stuck far from home and needing a new key supplied and programmed for my car. I was up for thousands to have the car towed home, even more to have the manufacturer supply a replacement key and a turnaround time of 29 days for a key to be sent from Germany (thanks Mercedes). The team at Rechenberg Locksmiths Bundaberg went all out to source a key within the country, have it air freighted to Bundaberg and attend my location to reprogram the key and car. Thanks to Jack and the team for helping me and my family to get back home. By far and away the best and cheapest way of getting a new key.

Spent around 45 minutes in the store, helpful staff,fair prices and looked after me on all aspects that I required. Just had Jack and the crew around changing locks and advice on a house security system, they spent a long time walking around the property and advising what they believed was required, explaining every step of the way and the benefits and differences of different hardware and what they are capable of doing, very impressive in both there presentation and ability to get the job done with the least amount of intrusion, could not recommend highly enough.

After shopping around I contacted Rechenberg with a query on installing a security system on my premises. Keith the sales rep talked me through many options whilst keeping my budget in mind. I was then referred to Rechenberg's extremely efficient coordinator Elana who then organised the installation. Carl and Kandis the technicians installed they system in a timely, professional manner and being a tradesman myself consider the quality of the installation itself as first rate. The whole process from start to finish was hassle free. In short I highly recommend this business whatever your security requirements and I will continue to use their services in the future.

Had problems with security cameras, the technicians that solved the problem were very patient with me over the phone and very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend
