Recommend this place if you need a service or a basic repair. Definitely avoid if you have any electrical issues needing fixing - they had my car for 3 days and couldn’t figure out why my car was overheating so I took my car back and they charged me a basic $180 for it. I took it somewhere else and the mechanic immediately stuck their hand in the radiator fan and told me it needed replacing (no joke, within 3 mins of me arriving). Replaced it, and the overheating issue was fixed. No clue what the people at Rusden were doing for 3 days but they definitely don’t have an understanding of autoelectrical issues.

I recently brought my Audi to Rusden EuroPro for an oil change and tire rotation, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The staff were very professional and friendly, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer all of my questions.The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and there was WiFi available. The service was done quickly and efficiently, and I appreciated that they did a full inspection of my car and provided me with a detailed report of their findings.Overall, I had a great experience with Rusden EuroPro, and I would definitely recommend them to others. The quality of their service was excellent, and their attention to detail and customer satisfaction was top-notch. I will certainly be using their services again in the future.

My car had been damaged in transport and both rear wheel bearings were very noisy, my car also needed a service. Rusden we’re able to fit me in within a few days of calling for a booking and they fixed everything on the same day! It also cost the same as the quote, I was so happy with their service, from previous experiences with other mechanics for car repairs I was expecting to need to leave the car with them for a week. Daisy is lovely and their service is fabulous and my car is not longer sounding like I’m being followed by a Ducati.

Worst services I ever had through my 5years driving time. I changed 3 of my tyres with them after my tyres approaching their lifetime. But after few months later when I service again they told me to change 2 of the tyres again. I tried to forget about how bad they are by never go back to them, but today the “ new tyre” changed by them five months ago remind me everything. Kinda ridiculous that I never change my tyres for five years but changed 6 tyres within 1 year after they serviced for me.

There have very good service, receptionist and mechanic are very kind and professional. My Audi A4 has big problems. Quotations from other repair shop over 3k . And in here I just spend more than half money to changed some parts. I am so grateful for them.

Dirty and broken facilities, it's more a junkyard than a car repairer. Disorganised and chaotic staff. The only thing 'Euro' about it is the name. Stay away.

I had a car service there and I asked Daisy whether it is necessary to change the pad on the service day. I was advised by the mechanic that the pad is still useable and I could change the pad within the next 5000km. So if my pocket is not plenty, I don’t need to change it on that day. I took her advice and agreed with her.Indeed, the brake must be changed on that date. The mechanic, according to her general experience, was supposed to know this, but she failed to provide correct advise to me. As a result, my car was damaged and I was required to spend more money to repair my car. The mechanic, according to her general experience, could have reasonably foreseen the problem. I was lucky as I found out the problem early. Otherwise, I may lose control of my car and get involve in car incidents because of her advise.Daisy repeatedly argued that they can’t force customers purchasing parts and customers have to take responsibility for their own decisions. However, I made the decision by relying on their advise. If they provided me the correct advice and advised me I should change the brake pad on that date, I would surely follow their advise. It is clear that Daisy tried to deny their responsibility and attempted to pass the buck to customers.In addition, Rusden keeps repeating my late payment which she was happy to agree with to defend themselves. They are totally two different things. They aim to use such abusive behaviours to upset me so they can get off the hook.
