Terrible experience. The product delivered was not what was discussed. Sales person, trade person doing the check measure, and multiple other staff all said something was included. I was forced to pay upfront before they would install and they did not finish the job. Complaint went to the GM who told me they don't care it wasn't on the paperwork. Deceptive conduct and conflicting payment information on their paperwork. AVOID!

I was greeted with very friendly workers who installed our blinds. The job was very well done and was quite quick. Once they were finished, I was shown around so I could see all the blinds. I was very impressed and happy with the end result

We bought custom-made white wooden blinds. They were delivered on time, and provided excellent service; they also fit well. Easy installation and a comprehensive instruction manual are provided. Much more affordable than retail rates, with very decent quality!

Our wide-style windows require the ease of shades and sun protection. We like having twin shades so we can still see the garden while blocking the sun's heat and, if necessary, enjoying complete solitude. Whisper shades looked rather convenient for our requirements and easy to install. The manufacturing and delivery took less time than we thought.

Had my vertical blinds installed, and one of the blind bottom weights was already damaged during installation. Low quality material used and customer care have been awful.

From the time the quote was given till the task was finished, this firm was excellent to work with. When the measurement guy came out to give me a price, he was kind and non-obtrusive. Both the installers, kept me informed and expertly fitted my shutters. They were a pleasure to work with in the office too. Highly recommended, this excellent company for beautiful shutters, blinds, and all.

This company is amazing for binds and all. I required Invisi-Gard security doors and screens I bought from their shop at Norwood. Within an hour of receiving my request, they called back and talked to me to confirm the order. The customer service guy even suggests me buy the Federation-style doors as they are great for securing the main entrance. Very affordable; free 48-hour delivery. Fantastic service I would advise anyone looking for a blind replacement to use them. Even they gave me 10% off on my products.

Very disappointed when I called I informed the lady I need curtains for a motorhome/bus. She confirmed this was fine. When the sales person came out he walked in and said no we won't touch them they couldn't cut the curtains to size for us to hang as they are done by a machine not people in a factory
