My family and friends had several rooms in late April; it was a wonderful place to stay: close to everything: great well maintained apartments and Vena; one of the managers was wonderful, so helpful and made our trip a great success: will be staying there next time in Melbourne, the Sinfield’s,Ulladulla, NSW

Do not recommend. Subpar workmanship and defects not repaired as per contract. Developer is unprofessional and does not deal in good faith.

Location although not in the heart of the city was a short walk to a strip of shops and restaurants and also to St Kilda beach with more restaurants. The 2 bedroom apartment was so roomy and there were two bathrooms. Nice and clean. Staff was really helpful. Will be back.

Modern well furnished apartments set slightly away from St Kilda seafront (about 15min walk). Very good transport links to the city or further down the peninsula. Reception mainly unmanned so little contact with staff. Little or no welcome pack provided but supermarkets close by.Tram line directly outside so try for a rear room?

Two of my friends have stayed there for 2 nights and the room was clean, tidy and same as photos. Great furniture and decorations.However, they do not have the flexibility to allow you to store the luggages with front desk and collect later.The staffs are not very friendly and not helpful.
