Been to Westend a few times over the years since I moved to Armidale. I own speakers ranging from $50 to $2000 and he really knows his stuff. He's always happy to explain what he's doing and takes the time to help. I've had him recover sub-woofers I thought were dead and right now as I type I'm listening to my new sub-woofer, picked up today at a good price after his recommendation and it sound superb.Would definitely recommend for car and home-audio sound.
