I have sought assistance from Matt and Tracey three times, once for a very minor matter and twice for the replacement of bumberbars, front and back. Their helpful manner on the phone, and then in their office made dealing with them reassuring and uncomplicated. The work done, at the most competitive price, was flawless and matched the colour of the car perfectly. The quality of both customer care and repairs at Minarelli is superior to any other vehicle service that I've been to! The staff are really friendly, understanding, helpful, thorough and efficient in their works. Friendly, professional staff, excellent work on my car, and they washed it before returning it to me. It is a 4x4 vehicle that does a lot of off roading, so it was great to see it all spruced up!
