Worst place to work for. My partner worked here and it was a terrible experience. The owner, Anthony is just a greedy person who'd rather have 'interns' who pays HIM $1000 a month to work for him. That's taking advantage of vulnerable people who's from overseas and looking for a step in the door. Even though my partner was traveling 2hrs from Geelong to work there, she was expected to stay till 6 or 7 pm. All this while we paid him for the 'internship'. People working there is forced to give positive reviews to make the organization look good. I won't be surprised if the company goes bankrupt.

I faced some major barriers when I arrieved in the smallBiz as a trainee program.Firstly my communication skills were poor and it was veryhard for me to make myself understood.And also my programming skills were limited.But this place is really nice place to learn new things.It gave me the courage and confidence to handle uncertainties during a Software Development Lifecycle.In here I have improved my teamwork and communication skills too.Overall,my working experience at smallbiz is positive.I am very happy with the amount of things I have learned and experienced of trainee programmer with the company

I'm currently working for Smallbiz Australia and it's an unbelievable experience to say the least. The work environment is very professional yet relaxed. The company has a very positive outlook which is reflected in it's dealings with clients and quality of projects. I recommend this company with a big thumbs up!
