I went for my vehicle inspection for CTP renewal. Had a great experience. Highly recommend their services.

I am a customer!10/12/2020Job# 51725I paid them good money for new rear brake pads, rotors and to lubricate caliper slides and pins. Two years later, because the caliper slides were not lubricated, the calipers seized up and I'm up for the same expensive work again.I will use the local mechanic this time as these large businesses just don't give a stuff.Very disappointed as I am a loyal NRMA member.Edit.10/12/2020Job# 51725I guess it only takes one slack employee to be lazy - but It's quite an expensive experience for me.

Initial meeting and quote was friendly and detailed, so booked the car in and was told it was required all day, which was fine. They confirmed the appointment twice, once via sms and once via phone call. An hour after dropping the car off, got a call to say they needed the car til the next day because some of the parts weren't in stock and they didn't know which brake pads were needed. (Mind you, this was after seeing the car model and year the week before.) Everything went downhill from there. I was told to ring back within 15 minutes as they needed to place the parts order. When I did and agreed to the overnighter, but explained that I needed to get the car back before 1pm, that could not be guaranteed, due to the couriers arrival. The next available appointment was a week away and they now needed a holding deposit for the parts and I needed to tell them before picking up the car, otherwise it would take 30-40mins to create the paperwork on their system. Really? So you trusted me when I confirmed today's repairs with no request for a deposit, you couldn't do the work in a day, I want to re-book and now you decide I am not trustworthy and you need a repair/parts deposit? Seriously? I recommend you take a good look at your customer service skills and the time it takes to type up a quote or invoice. An apology for the inconvenience, rather than the 'matter of fact, it is what it is, attitude, would have been good too. What a waste of time.

First class service from the team at Rouse Hill Motorserve!I broke a sway bar linkage on my imported vehicle after hitting a pothole on Monday night. Had it towed 23km to Motorserve on Tuesday morning. After assessing the damage, I was told that being an import, the factory parts were not available in Australia.They were able to measure up and find a universal kit and adapt it to suit my vehicle.Total turnaround time was 2 days and they even managed to do a full service (at my request) and a car wash to cap it off!Not only that, the price of the repairs and the vehicle towing combined was less than my insurance excess!Amazing job! Well done Motorserve!

Have got my car serviced at few Motorserve service stations, Motorserve Rouse Hill by far has been the best experience. Detailed analysis of the issue related to my car, and fix for it. Special shout out to Grahame who was fantastic and also Kyle. Would surely recommend using their car service.

Got my Honda CRV serviced for 60000 kms. The service department is good and provides clarity of parts used and oil used. Very convenient to drop off the car and find a transport nearby or have something to eat next to it. Its very close to the mcdonalds.
