Be careful of the information they give you.........as it cost me like 1800 in crt because of the young lady with long blonde hair. They can be rude and they cant even tell you how to fill an application out, that the general public can have. Absolutely pathetic!

While trying to get some quite routine papers sorted with the counter staff I was shocked at firstly how abrupt and rude the girl was, that she gave me incorrect information making me take extra time in attempting to resolve my matter. In stark comparison the staff at the local court in Queanbeyan were helpful and couldn't have been more pleasant

Very sorry to see the review getting worse now. The magistrate court offered a great help when I was in a devastated situation in 2020, when tribunal and other authority ignored everything. Hope it remains fair to make Australia a better place.

Counter staff are utterly hopeless. I had to redo forms many times over because they’d find something new that was “wrong” every time. This would often contradict what I was told the previous time. They seem more interested in doing their nails than actually helping the public.

If I could give the ACT Mag Court a 0 I would. The representatives on the phone system are everything that is wrong with the justice system. Lazy and unenthusiastic people telephone reps who might as well be on the dole!
