Excellent training provider with efficient customer service and knowledgeable trainer. Lynne is a great communicator who went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. Gail is an experienced and friendly trainer who made the course interactive and enjoyable despite virtual classroom delivery. Thanks to HDAA I passed my ITIL 4 Foundation exam in the first attempt. Highly recommended!
