John-Paul and his team at The HEG were friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable.He located the issue with our faulty power points quickly, which turned out to be a very poor connection from the previous local electrician we had used. He took the time to take pictures while under the house and explain the issue to us so we understood what had happened.Can’t recommend The Highlands Electrical Group highly enough.Definitely the electrical company to go to in the Southern Highlands!

I can’t speak highly enough of John Paul’s service when he came back to Bowral after hours to assist my 103 year old mother-in-law as I hadn't been able to fit new light bulbs and had to return home which would have left her without kitchen lights for 5 days. One very happy 103 year old and service above and beyond the call of duty. John Paul sent me a text and photo to confirm she was happy with the result and all this at no charge and a reassurance that she was to call him any time day or night if she had an electrical problem.Can’t thank you enoughRegardsGail

If anyone needs any electrical work done, I highly recommend John Paul from The Highlands Electrical Group. He sorted out the replacement of my power board to meet the new Origin Energy standards. He was so easy to deal with and kept me updated all through the process. He and his men showed up on time and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. He also did a follow up visit to make sure I was happy with the job and also to explain the new power board and connections as I was at work when most of it was done. All in all a job well done. Thank you so much John Paul.
