Bunnings Maroochydore
Bunnings Maroochydore is one of my favourite places. It's a one stop shop for so many home and garden products. I love picking plants and pots, cleaning products, mats, tools, kitchen, plumbing, lighting and on and on it goes. They also open late, a large parking area and plenty of space in the aisles.

Horrible customer service. We ordered a large shelf online and it was defective. We were told we now had to find a way to bring it back to the store to be replaced, even though we paid for delivery. The information desk did not care at all about our plight, she just kept repeating its not her problem, it's another departments issue. She is in dire need of customer complaints training.

I have always found the staff friendly and helpful and enjoy the warm smile and welcome at the front entrance.I have been to many nights with my family when our children were younger and enjoyed and appreciated their family nights, Easter, Mother's day fathers day Christmas with workshops fairy floss BBQ jumping castle balloonist and face painting.Some many great products for home and garden, entertaining, camping etcIndoor play area for the kids. Cafe with some yummy fresh options and is reasonably priced.Entrance into the store by escalator or elevator. Loads of parking. Trailers for hire.Great store. Big. Spacious and one could spend a good amount of time looking around.

Bree in the painting section is an incredibly brilliant employee. I have taken up so much of her time asking questions and advice and then made informed purchases. Most recently Bree invested such a long time to help me on an issue even when really busy. She did not let other rude people that butted in disturb her and kindly asked them to wait and went to every reasonable effort to assist me. She is so calm, kind and happy to help even the most simple of skilled customers and always with a beautiful understanding smile. Bunnings seems to have changed their skills training with employees over the last year or two and Bree and also another young man in pianting I met once, were only too happy to always help my simpleness. Thank you Bree and Bunnings, your are lucky to have her and the other young man in that area, they often need more team members in my opinion as when we receive the service I received fromm Bree, I make more informed purchases and spent more money.

Had a great trip to Bunnings today. Emma helped us finding the products we were looking for and after realising they were on a pallet somewhere she immediately got it organised to have them unpacked for us and pick up tomorrow. Thank you for the great customer service!

Waited 45 minutes at the special order desk to pick up an order. Throughout this time asked 3 different staff members if they could help as no one was there but they just kept calling the staff member who was meant to be there who didn't show up. 45 minutes later I finally got my order. There are loads of staff members at bunnings, if someone isn't showing up to their area surely there is someone else who can get an order? Instead I wasted almost an hour of my time for something that should take 5 minutes.
