Rang to ask about the Rapid Antigen Test kits. Female that answered the phone couldn't have been and RUDER if she tried. Will never shop there if it was the place to go to. Definitely needs customer service training

It’s not my own regular pharmacy but it’s close to some of my patients so I’ve been in now and then. Product range seems fairly good and the staff have always been lovely to deal with, friendly and easy with a smile which certainly is appreciated.So even when there’s a delay or a problem with the eftpos machine or whatever it could be, you really don’t begrudge the wait at all when you’re dealing with happy, polite people who are simply doing their job and getting on with things. Well done guys :)Also there are plenty of surrounding shops to poke about in and a nice bakery etc close by to tempt you if you don’t want to wait about for scripts to be filled. Easy is always good. So thumbs up.

Very happy with the service I always receive. Been attending the pharmacy for quite few years now. I have packs made up for my parents making their medication intake so much easier and safer, if anything needs to be adjusted this is completed without hesitation. The bond I have with the staff is fantastic, always there for help when needed and great for a chat...Keep up the great work guys..

I've been a customer of this pharmacy for 11 years and in that time I have been treated respectfully and have never seen any form of discriminate behavior from any of the staff, employed or owners. The customer service staff and also the pharmacists are understanding, helpful and personable when it is needed. The store prices and specials are as good as the larger pharmacies and are also just as price competitive.

My mum loves this Chemist but most of all she loves the staff. Super friendly and caring. Melinda and Michelle always go above and beyond for her and their energy and smiles are a welcoming change from other pharmacy or chemists in the area. Keep Up The Fabulous Work Everyone!

The customer service was just amazing when I went to the chemist. Whenever I needed help looking for an item, this wonderful and sweet lady named Rezan was there to assist me with anything. She knew where every product was and made sure I left with a happy smile, and great experience at the chemist!

Tell me 15 minutes for my antibiotics, it’s been 25 minutes and counting still nothing. A woman who came after me got served firstEDIT: Yeah nice try, I never left,. I was sitting down waiting to hear my name. After 30 minutes I finally received it, only because there was no one left, besides a guy that just walked in.

Booked a 12:45pm COVID booster, they lost track of me twice, pharmacist didn't even get a copy of my consent form until 1:15pm. Still waiting for the jab, staff was apologetic but clearly a bit disorganised.

The staff at this chemist have the best customer service I’ve experienced.The management were incredibly helpful and their superstar staff member Rezan went over and beyond to make sure I received my products safely. Wonderful experience. More business’s need to follow the high quality of customer service that this team delivers to their customers.
