Amber Drop Honey

We purchased the original honey with honeycomb and the coconut honey from Amber Drop. The presentation was great and the taste was amazing. It is SO much better than the honey you buy mass produced in the supermarket. Such a great excuse to have crumpets and support a small business. I personally love the coconut honey - so so good. Well worth the money.

Love Amber Drop's honey, they genuinely taste hugely different to the supermarkets honey, so much so I haven't been able to go back to supermarket honey after trying Amber Drop's real honey.Even more appealing to me is their beautiful honey is just a fortunate by-product of the owners' bee rescue mission , and their honey comes in eco friendly packaging which all (including the cardboard box and fillings that come in the delivery) can go into our compost bin, AND they are reasonably priced!! I've recommended it to everyone I know who use honey regularly and even bought their honey for Secret Santa for our work Christmas party 2 years ago. Quite a few team members were jealous of the lucky soul that got 2 jars of organic honey (instead of mugs or decorative figurines).

Great quality honey, and a great business model! The honey itself is top quality at a great price, not too thick like a lot of other honeys, it really is runny honey! :-)And I love the fact that they are rescuing bee hives from certain death and re-housing them in order to produce the honey. As Anna says, the bees seem to be grateful, and produce better honey for them by way of thanks! :-)

Best honey ever!! They are my favourite go to gifts and everyone has always been so delighted to receive them. The different flavours especially are very special and unusual I like the Ginger one but the Truffle flavour and the Chilli flavoured ones are really popular for cheese platters.I have tried many honey’s from around Australia and I think Amber’s coastal honey is one of the best.

Ana and Sven are amazing people to deal with- we buy their pollen for our parrots! We mix the pollen in their foods/lorikeet powders to strengthen their immune systems. Thank you Ana & Sven- you are lovely people and thank you for caring for our bees too!

Love, love, love this honey and the ethos behind it. Ana and Sven are passionate about what they do and it shows (well, tastes really) in their products. The ginger honey is fabulous, sweet and spicy all at once. The coconut honey tastes like a slice of paradise but the creamed honey is my favourite. All their honey is raw so it's super good for you as well. Guten Appetit!!

Love Amber drop honey… it is pure raw and just delicious. Great as topping on a cake or on a slice of toast. Love it in my tea too..
