So, my mother buy a watch from here. She not technically savvy at all. The watch did not even come with an instruction boon. Even I have no idea how to set it. The staff does not even know how to work it as well. Saying the excuse customer buy this and search in Google how to do it ".... Place was extremely quiet and have time of the world to help her. Chose not to at all.Customer service these days"

My husband purchased a Casio G Shock watch, was told it was water resistance to 200 meters as it was completely sealed and came with 2 years warranty. Paid $345 , my husband is not a swimmer and removes his watch when showering.After 1 year the watch water got into the casing, we returned the watch, they said it would go back to Casio has it still had 1 year warranty and that it should never have happened. Instead they stuffed us around for 3 months with no calls to keep us up to date. We found out the watch was just sitting at the workshop, they did not fix it or offer any other solution. Stay away from Wallace Bishop Australia Fair. Go elsewhere

I went there at 9am, they were still not open. When I asked do they resize rings they said you will have to come back we are not open yet" so I waited

Chris the new manager, very bad. He should not be the manager. Disgrace for Wallace Bishop!!Does not know their system. Refund takes about 30 mins. total rubbish!!

Horrible customer service, I was sold an item that did not have the features it was supposed to when I bought it and I could not get a refund! Buyer Beware, plenty of other stores around don't risk it!

Had an excellent experience at the store over the weekend. Went in to buy a new watch and was more than happy with the result. Staff are super friendly, store is immaculate and I left with a great deal from the Father's Day sale

Was interrupted on a phone call by a staff member trying to make a sale speaking over me. if I want to buy somthing I will ask for help, not slight harassment.
