Great customer service and so cheap compared to other tobacco stores. Ramp is available for wheel chair access. There are 2 atm machines in store as they only accept cash.

Went to get some stuff today and the young girl that was on was absolutely rude . Didn’t even make a conversation with me nothing . . Not going back I’ve been going there for a year now and the staff are getting really badThe only friendly one was Tegan.

I visited this place this afternoon and cashier is too rude to me i was asking for HQD and more flavour. But she was very rude and tell this only i have. And then i said can i have a $25 one but no reply. I come to this place regular for my vape. I was never treated like this before.Cashier am looking under 18 to you?

I’ve purchased multiple vapes from here multiple times and every time they’re either leaking vigorously, out of date and on the verge of dying, or have added another substance to dilute the vapes liquid alongside this every vape I’ve bought from here dies within 1 day or 3 days which is the longest they last in comparison to let’s say Sandgate or west end which last around 2 weeks . Very disappointing and dangerous to sell out of date and off quality vapes just because you can. Definitely don’t recommend ever coming for vape purchase go elsewhere where youre actually given the product you’re promised
