Queensland Family Pools built something truly wonderful in our yard. We love our pool - it is beautiful. The whole team at QFP were great - Terry, Mick, Scotty, Brendan, Rob, Miche, Katherine and all the contractors they used. At the start of construction, they told us we’d be swimming by March and they were spot on. Very happy with QFP and would highly recommend.

We built our first pool with QFP 5 years ago (2016), and have absolutely loved it. From the day we contacted QFP for a quote, through to diving in for the first time, the service we received was always prompt and professional. The quality of the build & finish of our first pool was excellent and even after a few years of use, Terry was always happy to answer any questions and provide advice with any hardware issues.The build team were amazing - answering all the questions Master 4 could throw at them!We have recently moved to a new home and there was only one company we called to design & build our new pool - Queensland Family Pools. We can't wait to dive in!

Our back yard space is somewhat awkward to install a pool and next to a large retaining wall. Access is not straight forward so that equipment that could be used was limiting. As such some pool companies did not want to know. However, from the start Queensland Family Pools where confident that a pool could be installed and look great. It was obvious these guys knew a lot about pools. They where helpful all the way throughout the process. There were many different people coming and going over the install period but I always felt work was carried out to the highest standard. If i wasn't sure want was going on or wanted to ask a question there was always a single contact available to us. Our pool was ready for summer and Queensland family pools have come back to check on the pool and service it. Overall very happy with our new pool!

We where recommended QFP by a friend. We got 3 quotes initially and QFP was in the middle. Terry was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information right from the start. Contract phase was easy the construction phase went great according to plan. We are very happy with the end result and the quality is exceptional and haven't had any issues with the pool. Would highly recommend.

After meeting with a quite a few different pool building companies, Queensland Family Pools was an easy choice. We were impressed with Chris’ honest and no pressure approach, and it was obvious he had years of knowledge behind him, wanting to provide us with the best quality pool, not just take our money. Our yard was a challenge with half of the pool being 2 metres out of ground, but Chris had the answers for all of the complex engineering required. From the first day of the dig to the final handover they were very easy to work with – happy to address the numerous questions we had along the way, accommodating time delays from our outside contractors, and continuing to offer support after the handover was complete!Thanks to Mick who oversaw the pool build, and all of the professional and courteous contractors that work for QFP. Everyone went above and beyond, doing their jobs to perfection, and were always friendly and easy to talk to. They also took the time to ensure our dogs were kept safe on the work site, and were happy to indulge the small children that had numerous questions for them as they stared on in excitement. The building process was so smooth and the finished pool is absolutely beautiful. We would recommend Queensland Family Pools to anyone wanting to build a top quality pool.

Terry and the whole team at Qld Family Pools were absolutely brilliant to work with. Right from the design, planning, construction and the finish they were just so easy to deal with. I actually work in the industry and could have chosen other brands but choose QFP due to their quality and build of a pool, their years of experience and being a great family team to deal with.We love our pool and the finish looks amazing and came in on budget and under the time frame we agreed. We have had Qld Family Pools design and build both a new pool and also redesign, extend and renovate an existing pool at our homes. My husband is a builder and is impressed with the quality of the build whereas I am always impressed with the end result. Terry and his team are well deserving of their business reputation in the swimming pool industry and we highly recommend them to family, friends and clients.

I could not recommend Terry and the team from QLD Family Pools enough. We have experienced a terrible pool construction in the past and unfortunately have a real sense of what bad truly looks like.
