Auto King Mobile Mechanics Pacific Pines

We had a booking for a safety certificate which we made a few days before the booking time. Originally we were booked in for Saturday at 1:30 pm. I received a call a couple of days later to confirm the booking and was told it would now be 3:45 pm, which was fine as we had flexible day plans and were happy to accomodate their schedule. We were told that the mechanic would call to advise us when to expect them, and so 30 mins before the booking I called as I hadn’t heard anything. When we still hadn’t heard anything by our booking time I called again, and despite being told each time we’d get a call back same day and leaving voicemails we have not heard from them.It’s now over an hour after our appointment time, we have had no contact, not even if to just let us know that they won’t be coming today. Sadly a very poor experience so far.

Awesome service. Mechanic rang before he showed up. Diagnosed the problem as fuel pump. Said I would get fuel pump and filter, booked me in for another day, then took 15mins to swap out. Pitty I didn’t have enough money for the first time, as due to him having to return to replace fuel pump, was charged for 2 call outs, which is understandable. Will use Autoking again in the future if need be. Awesome

Our experience with this mobile mechanic was fantastic. Our clutch gave way part way through school holidays while we were away from home. We had no idea who to call. Our vehicle was immobile and wouldn’t move. John from mobile mechanic came to us and diagnosed the issue. Although we waited a few days for parts the service made up for it. John was great. He was a genuine guy that new what he was doing. The best value and best service we’ve had in a very long time. Once again John, thank you for your service.

I needed a RWC in a hurry, Auto King provided a qualified mechanic to come out with only a day's notice. Friendly, helpful and patient, all at a reasonable price and with no stress. Got the certificate sorted ready for our weekend sale.

Have used Auto King Townsville several times & cannot fault them.Very professional,good service & very prompt.They are very honest & it's great that they come to your home.Will I keep using this business, most definitely & i have recommended them to friends who now use them as well.Mobile Safety Certificates I have used them twice.

We had our Subaru Forrester recently serviced by Auto King and extremely happy with the prompt, on-time, friendly service by the mobile mechanic. He explained what needed doing far more detailed than the Subaru dealership and I was more than happy to leave him to it.Highly recommend your company and will def use again ☺️

Very rude, hangs up the phone, blames customers. Got a service done.. drove away with parts falling off car, won’t show up to put it back on. Would NOT recommend

So thrilled with my experience with this company, being new to the state and unsure what needed to be done - they took the time to guide me through the process of transferring my registration.Was able to get an appointment on the day that suited me and Charles, who came to do the inspections was lovely.Can't recommend highly enough.

Was a great response time and prompt diagnosis. It was a huge relief to have my car up and running again and saved us the cost of towing to mechanic. Would definitely recommend for any breakdown repairs.
