Hi, had a repairman come today to fix a warranty claim on my led lg tv. I was very impressed with the service I got. The repairman went out of his way to explain everything to me and was happy to answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend your company. Many thanks.

We dropped our 64 inch Samsung Plasma in because it just went dead. The girls in the office were lovely. They had it fixed in just over a week as a part had to come from inter- state. They rang me twice with progress reports, great service, we were very happy.

Had some terrible experiences from these guys.. Had some issues with my amplifier so took it to these guys to repair. all up the repair cost me upwards of $400 to replace the HDMI board (which actually took around 6 months as it took that long to get the part in) . Around 2 months later i have a similar issue with it and want another $400 or so to rebuild it. and is apparently not covered under their repair warranty. Been gong to you guys for years but this has just done it for me. Honestly don't bother going to these guys. After paying for their inspection fees, then repair costs, its less headache and most likely cheaper in the long run to just replace it and not experience all the bullshit

Just a quick note to thank you for your prompt attention to the repair of my TV. I know you were dependant on the supply of parts from LG, and to their credit, you were able to turn the repair around in 7 days (Friday to Friday). Your tech Andrew was very friendly and made the whole experience one that will have us returning to SEQ when next we have a problem. Thank you!

My 20 years old Daikin dust aircon PC board was malfunction. Too old without parts. Sent to SEQ and Glenn checked and fixed it. So far it's working well. Thanks to Glenn and Miranda for your kind service.

I had a Alhua entrance system installed by SEQ, which stopped working properly after 8 months. Even though it was still under warranty they charged me $181.50 to come out. The technician thought it was a faulty system and couldn't fix it and told me they would be back in touch. But Miranda from their office told me I would be charged each time they come out regardless if they fix it or not! So their warranty is worth nothing! Very unprofessional, and dishonest charging for something they didn't fix.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS BUSINESS ! I took my Panasonic Blu Ray player to be repaired. They quickly took my $80 and said they would look at the unit and advise in 10 days. Over a month later they finally came back to me (after I had emailed twice, called into the shop, and phoned) to advise that they couldn't repair as they didn't have the part !! Well wouldn't you think as a Panasonic repairer they would see if they have parts for this model before taking your $80. A complete rip off. Go to them at your peril. I have only given 1 star so I can post this, they deserve a negative score!

Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. From the get go was a disaster no communication with us once they took our TV so we had to constantly follow them up. When our TV was finally returned it did not even work so they had to take it back for more repairs. 2 weeks later followed them up and they informed us that Samsung had cancelled their authorised repair status and they needed to source the part from another supplier. All in all nearly 3 months, no apology and no discount offered by them. I hope that this review saves someone else a similar misfortune.

Do not engage this company without doing your research.I can see why somebody has burned down their last factory.Don't believe all those 5star reviews.Steve you are an arrogant business owner that needs to have a good look at yourself.Never have I met a person who is so out of touch with his customer relations.

Got my tv picked up and taken away for diagnostics for 288 bucks. The service person explained what would be the most likely issue and was fairly helpful. He said I would receive a call in 2-3 days about a diagnosis. I waited two weeks then I called up to ask what was happening. They said they would call me back the next day and no apology for lack of communication.I got a call from a SEQ representative saying the fault was either the power supply or back light failure and the repair cost would be upwards of 3000. They also kindly suggested they could dispose of my 4500 tv for me to save me the trouble.I asked them to return the tv to me and on arrival did not receive any service report and the delivery person had no idea what condition the tv was in.I contacted SEQ about obtaining a service report and got an email with no relevant information regarding diagnostics. Not entirely sure what service I received but I still have a broken tv and no reason for its demise.
