I have had the pleasure of dealing with IT My Way for many years now. Jesse and Nick (the owners) are extremely efficient and responsive. My IT needs are complex (as a dentist with different programs and equipment that need to communicate) but they seem to navigate those challenges with a minimum of fuss. I have also recommended friends and colleagues from other industries with less complex needs, and they all have been happy with the service they receive. Their procedures for minimising risk and downtime are well thought out. The more IT horror stories I hear, the happier I am with service I receive from IT My Way.
