I have worked for Paradyme Security for over four years now. It is one of the best companies I’ve been involved with. They are a very professional team to work for. There is a wide range of venues they provide security for and their relationship with venue owners is very good. I have a young son and they are very accommodating with the hours that I can work. I can’t recommend them too highly if you are looking for a company to work for or security for your venue.

Paradyme Security is not just any security company, their more like a family, the way they treat there guards and Clients is the most professional service I’ve ever seen in my Security career. Most of the time you don’t get to see the company directors interacting with clients, I’ve seen first hand how they take very good care of their clients and guards. I wouldn’t work for anyone else as I personally think Paradyme security is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for since been in Melbourne which is well over 12 years now, and I’ve been doing security for close to 20years.
