Salera's - Northland

Had the most wonderful experience buying a watch from Salera's in Northland. Was served by a gentlemen named Lachlan who could not have been more helpful and polite. His expertise and recommendations were amazing as I entered the store unsure on which watch to buy between two. His recommendations helped me to select the right watch and I left the store feeling ecstatic. It was an experience where everything came together and when you have incredibly friendly and helpful sales staff it really adds to the experience.

Have you ever wanted to feel incompetent. But not from your parents. Well this place is like an orphanage for parents. No but really, staff is rude. If you want to spend too much money on an accessory, go to Myer. Or the retailer. A big sad face on this one.

Stay away from this shop!I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Salera’s Northland shopping center. It’s a such unprofessional Company!The staff are giving wrong/fake information about deals.I was shopping at Northland shopping and stopped by Salera’s to ask about the deal for the brand Tissot (there was a large advertising at the front). I was informed by the staff that there was a 20% discount on that specific day (ONLY that day). I asked the staff few minutes to have a quick think about.When I went back after few minutes, the same staff told me that they gave me the wrong information, that actually the discount was lower than they told me previously. I was already frustrated, because I went back based on the deal informed. But as I wanted to give as present to my partner, I ended up buying the watch that evening before they closed.I gave it to him but unfortunately he didn’t like as he wants to upgrade his Smart watch and no have a traditional watch. We went through to Salera’s website and we’ve noticed that the Company doesn’t sell smart watches at all.Next morning once the shop has opened (we can say few hours after buying) I explained the situation to the manager (Angela) who I just got the watch from in the previous evening and I kindly asked her for a return. She told me that she couldn't help me at all, and said she could give me only an exchange or a gift voucher.I was forced to get a voucher then.I’ve escalated the situation sending many emails and messages to the company on their website but I NEVER heard back. NEVER!!That’s a such unprofessional company. From the staff on the floor, management and from the head office which never even got back to me.I’m completely unhappy with this situation!For reference, we I’m talking about an amount over $1K.Very very frustrating!!!!

I was looking to get a Longines Master Collection watch, and dropped by at Salera's to try some models. I was served by Laura who I cannot speak more highly of! She was genuine, helpful, utterly polite and went above and beyond in assisting me, and answering all my queries. The particular size and model I was keen on was not in stock, so I didn't end one getting one, but the excellent service I received from Salera's Northland will sure have me happily come back again!Thank you again, Laura, for your wonderful service!Cheers, Indy

Excellent service. They give a good discount for the watches even though the watches are not on sale.

I have always been apprehensive about coming to jewellers, I came here with an issue with a watch. Laura was amazing she wasn't pushy, knew her product, understood my requirements and let me make an informed decision which I didn't regret. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My family and I wanted to buy a Christmas present for my grandpa so we went to Northlands. We went to Salera's Jewellmasters and was served by Bill (the consultant). He was a very kind man, very helpful and we all are 100% satisfied with his service. The watch looks amazing and the quality was superb for the price! We even got a discount for Christmas! It was a bargain. Highly recommended. :)

I recently left a necklace for a simple solder repair of one link.Two months later I collected my necklace after 10 attempt to find an eta for the works,What I received on 25/10/19 was my necklace minus 4 links which were charred and burnt beyond recognition.Staff at Northland Salera's suggested i contact Head Office for a follow-up to my complaint.I spoke to the said Store Manager whom promised a return phone call.This never occurred even though a promise was made by the Manager.Today I get a different Manager as the other Manager was conveniently on leave. A follow up call was returned offering an apology for the staff not returning calls.The said time from for repairs is around 6-8 weeks as advised by Management at the city store.So now this disgruntled party ha a shorter length necklace and charred ruins as a reminder of my first experience with Salera's Northland.I will never set foot in any Salera shop again and will advise my friends and colleagues of this shocking experience.

I recently purchased two RADO watches from Salera's, Northland and could not be happier! As a store, Salera's has a vast range of men's and ladies Swiss watches to choose from, which will satisfy even the most discerning of clients. I have always found the staff at Salera's, Northland to be knowledgeable of their products and honest in their advice. The customer service, particularly from Bill, is always exceptional.I give Salera's, Northland my highest recommendation for quality products and customer service.
