I have been looking for an audiologist I felt I could really trust, who had both a caring & professional nature as well as exceptional expertise...with Anju at the Joy of Hearing I finally found this! All the staff are of such a high standard...it really is a joy to be a client here. As soon as you walk in the door you feel cared for and I can't tell you how much better my life is with the brilliant and affordable hearing aids I now have. Very thorough testing and explanation of what i needed did not feel rushed and love the hearing aids she recommended for me after 1 week of testing them i have bought them and she has made me feel so welcome to come back if i have any problems at all could not recommend her more highly she was excellent.

Visiting Joy of Hearing was a very positive experience. At the time Tinnitus was really bothering me and Joy really made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. The premises was clean and professional and the service was great. I would not hesitate to recommend Joy of Hearing to anyone that needs any hearing related issue looked at.
