There was no experience, they couldn't fix my caravan for 16 weeks, so I ended up having to fix it myself, if it had been fixed properly in the first place I wouldn't have had the same issue the second time around.

This is the 3rd time we have taken our Jayco Hawk to The Team at Northside Caravan Repair and they are always extremely professional and friendly. The work is always fantastic and they do not rip you off by suggesting extra works need to be done.Recommend anyone to them and will be going back for any works required.

Not good 1 year to get tv working. They were to busy. I had a fault on the changing as well. This was on a new caravan. After 1 month they serviced the brakes but could not fix the TV aerial NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Very friendly and helpful staff, was able to get a rare part for my old 3way fridge which no one else in Perth could. I've already been there a few times and there were able to help every time. Definitely the place to go to with your caravan.

Northside Caravan Repairs and Spares
Have had my last van serviced here and was very happy but disappointed after my first service for my new Jayco. Asked them to address two very minor issues. Was told everything was fixed (was on invoice) but came home to find hadn’t even been looked at. Charged an outrageous amount for a first service and did nothing. Don’t waste your time with these clowns.

Northside Caravan Repairs and Spares
We were passing through Perth when we found we had a broken suspension on our van. Everybody else quoted extremely long timeframes to be able to fix our problem, but Northside managed to fit us in within a few days and had the problem fixed in less than a day and we were on our way. I’d like to say a big thank you to all the staff there who went out of their way to be friendly, provide great service and fix our problem. A big thank you, Nigel.

I had the front hatch replaced on my 2014 Jayco Sterling and found the work done to be excellent and Dave helped out immensely in organizing the replacement and delivering the van on time.

Dave and the team did a wonderful job on my van, even surprising me with a faster than expected turnaround time and a repair to the awning. VEry impressed with the service and will be recommending them to my freinds and family. Will be seeing you again for the next service.
