My partner and I were Simon's first same sex marriage as a celebrant but if there were any nerves he certainly didn't show any! It was a relaxed, thoughtful and very professional presentation. What I really loved was that Simon spent time with us to get to know what we wanted on our wedding day. It felt like he had known us for a long time as his framing of what it meant for us to be in front of our family and friends was spot on! We were so lucky to stumble onto Simon as our wedding celebrant. We were comfortable with him right from the start. We found his approach striked the perfect balance; personalized and not over the top or gimmicky. He was attentive and produced a speech that suited us. We couldn't have chosen anyone better to officiate our marriage. Our ceremony was thoughtfully written, punctuated with humour, giving everyone a true history of our relationship.
