Wangaratta Racecourse
We attended this venue to say goodbye to our dear friend. The venue was ideal for the memorial service. Easy to find. The horse drawn carriage was a beautiful touch for her last ride.

Once you walk through the mud from the very dark car park it is clean bright and good service. Meal was good but mains could have a bread roll added. Some desserts had quite hard pastry. Sour table had same course each

No soap in bathroom/ toilet that was behind stallholders.Stallholders lines for meals way too long 1 hour wait. Ballons had no clue about when music was playing. However the carpark staff get 10/10 for manners and assisting drivers to carpark.

Work function at the newly renovated WTC # superimpressed. Staff were outstanding, unobtrusive and very professional. Plenty of bar staff at hand for 200pax, great venue with 5star AV and amenities.If you're looking for a great function venue in wangaratta #looknofurther.

This is 'Country Racing' at its best!We returned for our second time, and the lovely ladies who work there remembered us!! Lovely food and refreshments available all afternoon as well as GREAT coffee from the Red van!!Everything you would expect from an afternoon of country racing where, of course, the horses are the superstars. We are returning every time the races are on. A great afternoon.N.B. Next couple of meetings are Xmas type meets, and you may need to book, otherwise, just be there!!!

Love all the upgrades. Cannot wait to come back. 4 stars but so close to 5.....bar and food staff went missing every now and then, seemed like they were short.

Wow! What a fantastic venue now. I heard someone say it's now the best course outside metro Melbourne. No doubt at all. Private function rooms available and really nice well priced meals. A green oasis of a track and a really high grandstand with excellent views. I definitely will be back.
