If it was possible to leave less than one star I would. In today's world customer service is everything and it's not one of the things that Kiehl's care about, money is. They are happy to take your money and ignore you. That is the problem when you are owned by L'Oreal I guess.After purchasing online, due to the store being closed from NSW restrictions, the experience I received was they really don't care about the buyer. Not only are their online chat staff rude, but they are totally unprofessional. The company also doesn't like to want to return your emails, it's much easier to add to trash I guess.Main point behind this review is BE AWARE OF OFFERS THAT PROMISE BONUS ITEM WITH PURCHASE, IT'S A SCAM. They will not honor them or answer questions related to them. Next time I will just go to AESOP as they are a far better company.

The skin products are effective but quite expensive. The staff were accommodating and helpful. They assist you with choosing the right skin care products for your skin type. The store is located at the lower ground of QVB.

I love Kiehl’s, I liked all the products that I’ve tried so far. It’s so disappointing though to be treated so poorly. This week I went to the same store (QVB) twice to get presents, the first time the guy at the counter -by whom I was being served- literally asked another customer whether she wanted to pay while I was standing right in front of him after picking the products I had chosen holding my wallet. Again today I was looking around for a second present. Waiting for the shop assistant to finish talking to another customer. Then she finished and went to talk to someone who got in after me. She did that twice more. I finally managed to talk to her. Was asking questions about products and stuff, wanting to match another product to a mask. She answered in such an arrogant way treating me like an idiot that I ended up walking away with no presents and quite annoyed. Some manners would be appreciated. Love the brand, I guess online shopping will have to do. Choose better staff?

Have been here several times, love their products as well as their fantastic customer service. Always been assisted by Shirley, she is so nice and generous. She always can give me professional advice on choosing the right products and offer tones of sample to me, there’s absolutely no need to “begging”! She makes me love this shop and love this brand❤️❤️

I visited the store and was assisted by Gilbert. The free consultation I had with Gilbert is something that some clinics would add a price tag to, and I would’ve happily paid for, as Gilbert provided me with skin care advices that were specific to my skin type and issues in addition to recommending me products that worked wonders after just a few days. I was also very pleased by Gilbert’s professionalism and attitude, and wouldn’t hesitate to go back to the store just to be assisted by Gilbert!

Very bad customer service. I have been waiting for my order from 1 month. I called them for help but the lady was not helpful at all. She asked me to contact Australian post office, didn’t bother to look out for my delayed order. She continusly asked me to contact Australian post. I paid kiehs so its their responsibility to look after my order.Really need to work with customer service. Make better online service.

Im not happy about a girl staff who work on weekend. i don’t know she is new or not I was expecting to hear explain a product but I think she doesnt want to explain it.. she just want to sell it. there is no point to visit a store! Customer service is really terrible! I’ll just use online. but There was a guy he seems really professional.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order was incorrectly labeled by Kiehls and sent to a non existent address. Kiehls has refused to accept responsibility for this, despite being sent multiple correspondence from Australia post confirming this and marking the package as lost due to an undeliverable address. Kiehls refuse to refund or resend my order and have held me 100% responsible for spending hours on phone calls and drafting emails between Aus Post and Kiehls. I will never purchase from this brand again, and have placed a formal complaint with the ACCC.
