I keep walking into KMart, expecting to be like it was before the (laughable) circular service desk redesign. (Yes, I know, its been years.)I expect to be able to buy almost any small item I need for the kitchen. It is not like that any more. I walk around, can't find what I'm looking for and go home to order it through eBay or Wish. Sad, sad, sad. I want to support local businesses.

Just your typical Kmart store.A nice variety of products - unfortunately though, they do tend to run out of stock and it takes a while for it to be stocked again.Otherwise nothing else to complain about.Staff are usually friendly and helpful.

Always a pleasure to walk into Kmart Forster, always greeted with a friendly face, the place is well kept majority of the time and I can always find what I am after, and if not there is always a recommendation for a similar product by a friendly staff member. I highly recommend a visit to Kmart Forster you will love it as much as I do.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Otherwise it's exactly what you'd expect merchandise wise from Kmart (i.e ok quality, plenty of options, reasonable prices)

Needed to buy a pair of thongs. Selected a white pair which were marked down to $3, half price! At check out I was charged original price $6. I called for service to query price, after price checking I was told the sticker mark down price of $3 was wrong, someone had tampered with the ticketed price. I was spoken at like I had just been caught attempting fraud.I took the Service person to where I had chosen the thongs from and showed her all the white thongs were in fact ticketed at $3. After all that, they didn't extend a good will gesture of no charge given their mistake.
