Poor communication and poor customer service. I can’t comment on Daniel’s skills as we didn’t get that far but I can comment on his attitude and this….. you guessed it, was poor, very poor!

Daniel provided advice and minimal staging (not refurbishment). Our house was large and unique. I was totally opposed to having the whole thing staged. At the last minute I buckled and agreed to have Daniel come and take a look. He was fantastic, made some very good suggestions, provided some props" which complimented the house without making it look like every other house on the market and I am sure that his additions helped to sell the house. He was lovely and fun to deal with and it didn't cost an arm and a leg! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Daniel and his team."

We recently used DW Styling in preparation for the sale of our family home and an investment property. The home only required a partial staging but the unit was freshly renovated and required a total styling in keeping with a coastal lifestyle. In both cases we were absolutely thrilled with the results, and have absolutely no doubt that the styling resulted in us achieving prices far in excess of our expectations.We found Daniel and his team to be thoroughly professional, well organised and punctual. Communication was prompt and reliable. Daniel’s expert eye was able to quickly assess what furniture and accessories were needed to best showcase the properties for a modern and universal appeal to potential buyers, without the generic feel that can sometimes be attached to styled properties. Daniel then attended after the styling had been completed to make sure that everything was completed to his specifications and to ensure that we were completely satisfied with what had been achieved.The results achieved, both aesthetically and financially, far outweighed any costs involved and I would most definitely recommend this service as a prerequisite for most sales campaigns. Daniel and his team made the whole process an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

We used DW Design to style our home for sale in Fern Bay and without the hard work and passion demonstrated by the team I don’t believe we would have achieved the amazing price we did. We are so happy and could not recommend DW Design more.

Prompt service initially however lack of communication post exchange of contracts resulting in removal of their furniture and furnishings along with some of my own personal effects without my knowledge. 7 weeks later and I am still trying to recover some of my goods and despite me trying to call them all communication is via text message until just now when the owner Daniel called me and was extremely rude and bordering on abusive. Initially he offered to compensate me for my missing linen, but has now changed his mind!!!!I have been very patient but now that I have insisted that the matter be resolved he has turned very nasty. I would not recommend and would NEVER deal with this company again.

Daniel & his whole team are absolutely amazing. We have now used DW Design & Styling to stage three of our developments with great results.They are always in demand but still managed to supply the perfect items in a timely manner for our Townhouses. They know the trends and have the stock to follow them. I have found in other businesses the the Boss is the Boss and it's the staff that do all the work but with DW this is not the case. Daniel has come out each time to inspect the properties and was always there to assist the staff when staging and make tweaks if needed.Great care was also taken moving the furniture in and out of the properties so there was never any damage and they were always on time. Another positive is they work very closely with the Real Estate Agents so they can get their input as to what market they are targeting to get the styling just right.I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for us, the quick styling, the lovely furniture and the easy going but professional manner which made working with them a pleasure.Totally recommend them *****

Bree and the team were so thoughtful and made the styling process of our property a breeze.Bree walked me through her vision for the property to accent the property features, arranged a time that was convenient for me for the bump in/bump out schedule, and offered solutions to make it easy for me to manage moving and selling at the same time. Additionally, the team worked to some significantly challenging time constraints we had put on the sale, and we proactive and positive in the challenges these presented.Bree provided detailed instructions on how to best present the property for sale and offered FaceTime catch ups prior to open houses to ensure everything was where it was meant to go. Nothing was a problem. The investment made in styling services assured top dollar sale price for our property. We could not be happier with the service, delivery and outcomes delivered by the DW Design & Styling.

Dedication makes a different! I am very satisfied in our choice of Daniel from DW Design and Styling to assist in selling my family home.. Communication was superb! The knowledge, vision and creativity Daniel displayed, led to my home getting top dollar from and out of area buyer virtually. I honestly do not think i would of got the price if it was not for the way the home was set up and presented.
