horrible experience! Husband bought beautiful earrings but the quality of the gold is only 9ct so I had an allergic reaction to nickel! Went back with receipt to try to have them fitted with 18ct instead and was just told that they have gold products and dont know why I would have a reaction. Know your gold better and dont sell $400 earrings that are of such a poor alloy mix!

So friendly staff. The store manager was so lovely and helpful. After a bad experience at Cairns central and not getting the right size wedding band for my husband or even trying to assist, Smithfield and warehouse were able get a replacement ring for my husband.

Poor customer assistants 3 staff working 1 attended 2 customer's 2 staff just stands there not bother to come over to me and ask if I was looking or wanted to buy. Disgusting staff has no work ethics or customer skills. I got a better offer anyway from another jewellery shop mens gold rings which is Michael Hills a way better store. Not going again to prouds at smithfield.

Just picked up a ring for my partner. When we ordered it the young Asian girl who served us was magnificent. However today the older lady was extremely rude. I came down to pick up the ring because I received a phone call from the store. No customer service at all. I will not go back.
