Booked our Toyota in for a service and informed them we were a motorhome giving them full specifications. They assured us a service could be done. Dropping it off today they rang to let us know they couldn't fit it in their shed and do the required service. No apology offered.

Took New vehicle in for first service. Asked for Toyota genuine apple carplay to be installed. After two days of trying they have informed me they can’t do it. Thought I’d give this smaller dealer a try. I won’t be back again, it appears their technical team are as well trained as they should be.

Had issues with water in the fuel filter, booked in to drop bad tank of fuel and replace fuel filter - after waiting 25 minutes after the car was completed for the paperwork to be done (unbelievable right!!) we paid our $950….. got 7 klms down the road and received a call to say we had to go back because they forgot to replace the fuel filter ……! You decide.
