My senior boy was treated with patience and kindness, - that is the most important thing when your dog is being groomed, plus I was able to be with him for support due to his anxietyI The grooming experience was less stressful for my boy and the bonus is he looks amazing due to Allison's skill. Very grateful for a wonderful and (extremely) reasonably priced service.Linda

Good prices. Have been fine in the past. Recently did a good job on one of my dogs but was not happy with what they did to my other dog. My dogs are happy to go there. But I'm upset about what just happened.

Friendly staff, i’ve been going there for years and even when I moved out of the area I still bring my dog there to get groomed and she looks great and smells beautiful when I pick her up

Extremely disappointed. I don’t think the place had been cleaned for years. Animal hair every from the floor up to and on the ceiling. Had appointment at 9am and owners showed up at 8.59am. Went for a walk to get some food shopping and when I got back I waited until the owner asked me what I wanted. I said my dogs name and he said I’ll do him now. One wash with shampoo and a quick towel off which was grabbed off of floor and a 2 minute blow dry. I felt like going home and showering myself. To be fair the owners were very caring towards the dogs but I know I’ll never go back

Can’t rate this business highly enough. Great service, people and prices. Been taking all my dogs and family dogs here for years. If there were 10 stars to give I would. X

My dog loves going to this groomer but it is a bit rundown and smells of cigarettes but they are reasonably priced and my dog prefers them to other places I have tried and really, that's the most important thing.

Our did always look great after their haircuts. I don't know how they can groom our dogs since they won't sit still for me. Great prices too... Haven't found a better groomer yet or another with similar prices

Lovely man but will not be returning. Very uneven cut and covered in other dogs hair. The place smelt of stale smoke.
