Shannon suited us. We didn't want to spend a fortune on architects and builders and Shannon understood that. He also has the considerable skills and knowledge to produce professional, usable documents and took the time to understand our design ethic. Because he has reasonable rates he can be very busy. He works with a range of professionals and builders that are on the same wave length which should give you everything you need to plan your build or renovation on budget.
