Im a bit limited tech wise myself, but nothing was too much trouble for this girl-- friendly patient, and very helpful. I wish there were more staff like this in all retail premises. Harvey Norman Echuca has managed to tarnish my view of of the brand. I know each stores consist of different franchisees, it only takes one poor franchisee and the whole store suffers. As a result of the appalling customer service I received from the floor staff in the computer department ( thank you Darcy ), then followed by a phone call with the Manager / Franchisee of the computer department (Matthew). I now fully understand why the customer service was so appalling. After many many years shopping and many many thousand of dollars spent at Harvey Norman all round Victoria it all comes to an end. Sorry Harvey Norman it was good while it lasted.( Not quite Gerry’s vision for the brand! ). just far to much competition around to tolerate appalling customer service. Just no excuse with such competition around both bricks & mortar and online. Would be nice to keep the money in the town but they didn't want it.

A good location, stock is a little limited, but country personality staff more than made up for the shopping experience
